KICKBOXING TO A HEALTHIER SUMMER

Empower your teen to build strength, confidence, and lifelong healthy habits this summer. Evolve’s Teen Summer Kickboxing Camp offers a dynamic, supportive environment where fitness becomes fun and education fuels the future.

Our 6-week summer program is designed to guide teens ages 13–18 toward overall health improvements through the excitement of kickboxing, the foundation of strength training, and the support of community. Each session emphasizes proper lifting form to help prevent injury and build confidence, while showing how strength training enhances overall fitness, athletic performance, and long-term well-being. Combined with cardio conditioning and weekly nutrition education, this program helps teens create healthy habits that support growth, performance, and a lifetime of wellness.

*Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian complete the registration and consent form prior to enrollment.*

Our kickboxing classes are where fun meets full-body results. These high-energy workouts get teens moving, sweating, and building total-body strength — fast. With heavy bag work, powerful combos, and non-stop movement, kickboxing improves cardiovascular health, enhances muscle tone, burns fat, and boosts endurance. It’s also one of the best natural stress relievers out there.

Whether they want to improve sports performance, lose weight, or just feel better in their own skin, kickboxing gives teens a strong, athletic base while showing them that fitness can be fun and empowering.

Our Full Throttle bootcamp classes introduce teens to the fundamentals of strength training in a safe, exciting way. Using dumbbells, slam balls, battle ropes, and bodyweight movements, teens learn proper form, movement patterns, and strength-building technique. These classes build a strong foundation for muscle growth, endurance, injury prevention, and confidence — perfect for beginners or those ready to take fitness more seriously. For teens interested in heavier lifting or barbell work, advanced training options are available. Full Throttle is where strength starts — smart, safe, and strong.

Every week, we break down nutrition into fun, easy-to-understand lessons that help teens build a positive, confident relationship with food. We cover everything from macros (carbs, proteins, and fats) to how to build balanced meals for energy, focus, and strength.
Topics include:
  • Nutrition for weight loss, weight maintenance, and healthy weight gain
  • How to fuel for sports, activities, and recovery
  • Building strong habits to prevent obesity, diabetes, and disordered eating
  • Understanding how food affects mood, energy, and performance

We don’t promote diets or fads. Instead, we teach teens how to eat in a way that supports their goals, helps them love food (including carbs!), and gives them the tools to stay healthy for life.
