He earned his NASM certification at 22 and has continued building his knowledge through additional certifications and hands on experience.
Brandon began his career with 24 Hour Fitness, training clients ages 18–70 and eventually becoming a Master Trainer. He later moved into leadership as the Director of Personal Training for City Sports in the Bay Area, where he oversaw a team of 10 trainers and helped guide their development. Specializing in strength and conditioning, HIIT training, injury prevention, weight loss, and mass gain, Brandon is known for his educational coaching style, explaining the “why” behind each phase of training and supporting clients mentally as well as physically.
He practices what he teaches, personally cycling through gaining and losing 20 pounds each year based on his goals. Above all, Brandon is committed to helping members build confidence, stay accountable, and achieve meaningful long term results.
